Meet Our Team
Mr. William R. Parker
I began plumbing more than 40 years ago and have continued to work in the trade all of my adult life. I was originally trained in the union Local 246. I have worked in all areas of the plumbing trade, including: plumbing service and repair, residential new construction and remodel, commercial new construction, remodel and tenant improvements, industrial piping and repair. I have been a Certified Backflow Assembly Tester and Cross Connection Specialist for over 25 years.
Mr. Gary Yarber
Gary has over 40 years of experience in the plumbing industry. After learning the trade at a young age, he started his own business in 1980. He continued plumbing both residential and commercial projects until recently when his physical health prevented him from continuing to work. Gary came to work for Parker & Parker Plumbing in the spring of 2015 and has proven to be a real asset to the company. He works well with customers and is interested in giving the best price possible for their project.
Ms. Diana Mendoza
Diana came to work for Parker & Parker Plumbing in June 2013 shortly after she obtained her accounting certificate from San Joaquin College. She quickly learned to talk to customers and schedule appointments. Her initial shyness has all but gone away as she deals with customer issues and communicates regularly as things change throughout the day.

Joy has been working alongside her husband at Parker & Parker Plumbing since its inception in 1982. She spent many years answering the phone and dispatching the technicians while she kept the growing company’s books in order.
